  • My Therapeutic Philosophy: The most important thing in psychology is the connection and the therapeutic relationship. Curiosity, listening, and understanding always come first. A little (or a lot) of humour along the way also doesn’t hurt.

  • Curiosity

    Therapy starts with curiosity, not judgement. Your therapist learns about you, and you get to learn more about yourself.

  • Humour

    Not all of therapy has to be serious. There’s plenty of room for laughter in there too. Sounds healing.

  • Understanding

    Good therapy brings about clarity and a way forward. In psychology, feeling heard, understood, and seen is of huge importance.
