My Therapeutic Philosophy: The most important thing in psychology is the connection and the therapeutic relationship. Curiosity, listening, and understanding always come first. A little (or a lot) of humour along the way also doesn’t hurt.

Therapy starts with curiosity, not judgement. Your therapist learns about you, and you get to learn more about yourself.

Humour
Not all of therapy has to be serious. There’s plenty of room for laughter in there too. Sounds healing.

Good therapy brings about clarity and a way forward. In psychology, feeling heard, understood, and seen is of huge importance.
